As a direct report to the Vice President of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), the Senior ERM Specialist is a key contributor to the credit union’s risk management strategy, helping to safeguard its financial strength, member trust, and operational resilience. This role supports the development and execution of the ERM framework, facilitates risk assessments across business units, and ensures alignment with regulatory expectations and industry best practices.
